Our Online Teacher Training Courses (TEFL/TESOL)
A well-structured teacher training course is the cornerstone of your online teaching career. Choose from our accredited 120-hour or 150-hour online teacher training courses.
Or if you already have a teaching certification, choose one of our Mentorship Upgrade Bundles where we will meet with you over Zoom in a 10-hour live program to help you prepare you documents and profiles, to help you get interviews and private students.
Mentorship and Recruitment
After you have completed your teacher training, you will need to create your resume, freelance profiles, and start applying for jobs while building up your student base.
The 10-hour Mentorship Program included in our Online Teacher Bundles will give you all the templates, resources, guidance, and support to create these documents and profiles. We’ll also help you get job interviews and private students.
Career and Community Support
Now that your training is complete and you have completed our Mentorship Program, we provide ongoing support through our Online Teacher Community groups on Facebook and WhatsApp. You will have lifetime support from us and your fellow online teachers so you are never alone on your journey towards a new career teaching English online.

They include modern English teaching courses, partner programs, practical online teacher training with real ESL students, tutor support, ongoing professional development, career mentorship and guidance, and lifetime support.

The 30-Hour Online Teaching Practicum will give you the practical experience and confidence you need to teach online. After your theoretical training, you will meet with your personal coach over Zoom who will help you prepare to teach 10 thirty-minute online practice classes with real ESL students through our partner school. Upon completion, you will get a letter of recommendation from the school and an accredited certificate from us.
While you can work through the course at your own pace, there is a time limit for completion. Our 120-hour TEFL/TESOL course has a limit of 6 months and our 150-hour TEFL/TESOL course has a limit of 12 months from the date of enrollment. However, the average candidate can complete the 120-hour course in around 3 to 6 weeks of part-time study or around 6 to 10 weeks for the 150-hour course. If you need more time, extensions are available for a small fee.
The 120-hour online TEFL course is the international standard for teaching English online or abroad and your foundation as an English teacher. You will learn how to manage a classroom, plan effective lessons, test, and evaluate your students, learn how to teach grammar, speaking, listening, reading, and writing. While you can study at your own pace, this course needs to be completed in 6 months from your date of enrollment and before you can start any other programs like the 30-Hour Online Teaching Practicum. Your accredited 120-hour TEFL certificate will be accepted for both online and in-class teaching positions.
The 150-hour online TEFL course is comprised of the 120-hour theoretical course and 30 hours of practical online teacher training. You will have personalized coaching over Zoom with your tutor, learn how to use online teaching tools, and teach 10 online practice classes with real students through our online partner school. It is our most complete teacher training course and will prepare you for real-world teaching.
This course qualifies for our TEFL Mentorship Upgrades. All our courses are accredited by both the UK’s Online TEFL and TESOL Standards Agency and the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) group. All our certificates are accepted worldwide for both online and face-to-face teaching positions.
After completing your training, you will become part of our Online Teacher Community groups on Facebook and WhatsApp. Here we will provide lifetime support and you will have a supportive network of other teachers, ask any questions of our support staff or course managers, and help other teachers in return.
As this course is self-study, you will have limited tutor support. However, if you need any assistance you will have access to email support.
Our fully stocked and ever-growing resource library contains over 100 done-for-you lesson plans, links to video tutorials, specialist training courses, job links, downloadable resources, and much more.
The TEFL Mentorship program is a 10-hour live program to help you take your TEFL certification and get interviews, set up freelance profiles, and start earning a living teaching English online. You will meet over Zoom with your mentor twice a week and includes all the resources you need to create your resume, set up profiles, prepare for interviews, and learn strategies to help you get your own private students and keep them. Our 30-hour Teach IELTS Exam Preparation course has been developed to show you, the teacher, how to prepare students for their IELTS exams.
