VAT Status
eTEFL Online Teacher Training OÜ is not currently registered for VAT. The company qualifies for the Estonian small-business exemption under §19¹ of the Value Added Tax Act, which applies while annual taxable turnover remains under €40,000. No VAT is charged on our courses at this time.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are an EU consumer and we are unable to resolve a complaint between us, you may refer the matter to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), or to the equivalent consumer authority or out-of-court dispute resolution body in your own country of residence.
